Lure Multimedia LLC supplies Planmerry. Any marketplace that handles checkout is identified in the purchase offer.
Before you pay
The purchase offer must identify the legal seller, contact method, product/features, access period, total price and currency, applicable taxes, delivery/activation method, device/storage limitations, support and refund terms. Do not buy if these are missing. Keep your receipt and the terms shown at checkout.
Current activation model
This version supports activation codes for a one-time license issued after a separately verified purchase. Registration or activation does not itself charge your card. No recurring Planmerry subscription is created by marking your own household bills as recurring or autopay.
Renewing offers
If a recurring Planmerry plan is introduced, the checkout must separately and clearly disclose the amount, frequency, trial duration, first charge date, renewal and cancellation process before payment, obtain express consent to recurring charges and provide a usable cancellation mechanism. Acceptance of these general terms alone is not authorization for future charges.
Refunds and access issues
The refund policy disclosed with your purchase and mandatory consumer protections apply. Contact support@planmerry.com with your order reference for failed activation, duplicate charges or a product not supplied as described. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule or remove marketplace remedies.
State renewal and cancellation protections
If recurring paid access is offered in the future, applicable automatic-renewal laws, including California requirements and other state rules, must be implemented at the actual checkout: clear pre-purchase renewal terms, affirmative consent, a retainable acknowledgment, applicable trial and renewal reminders, and cancellation through the legally required convenient method. A one-time license must not be converted to recurring charges without separate authorization. State cancellation and refund rights prevail over conflicting offer language.
External checkout
Marketplace checkout is controlled by that marketplace. A checkbox at Planmerry registration or later activation is not evidence of agreement before an earlier marketplace payment. The seller must make applicable terms available in the offer and implement the appropriate pre-purchase agreement process on the actual sales channel.
