Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-30.1 · Effective 2026-10-30
Operator
Planmerry is operated by Lure Multimedia LLC (the operator, we, us).
Service and eligibility
Planmerry is a planning and recordkeeping tool for adults aged 18 or older. You may enter family information only when authorized to do so. Keep your account secure and do not upload information you have no right to use.
Agreement and license
By actively accepting these terms, you agree to this version of the Terms, Purchase Terms and Safety Disclosures and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. A purchased license grants personal, non-exclusive use as described in the offer. It does not transfer ownership of the software or grant resale rights. Lure Multimedia LLC supplies Planmerry. Your purchase details and any marketplace payment intermediary are identified in your offer and order receipt.
Your records and decisions
Review imported records, categories, schedules, recipes, quantities, substitutions and generated suggestions before relying on them. Keep backups. You remain responsible for paying providers and verifying actual balances, bills, due dates and food suitability. Planmerry does not execute payments, cancel subscriptions, give investment, tax, legal, medical or nutritional advice, or guarantee reminders.
Acceptable use and uploaded content
Do not misuse access controls, upload unlawful material or infringe another person’s rights. You retain your rights in content and authorize only processing needed to provide the features you choose, including publication of invitations you explicitly share. Do not publish sensitive financial or health information in shared invitations.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and informational content are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, complete accuracy or fitness for every purpose. Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer rights are preserved.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of informational outputs, including missed payment reminders, classification errors or unavailable services. Where lawful, aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 and fees you paid for Planmerry in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury. They do not prevent legally protected claims or complaints.
Family permissions and shared payment records
An invitation grants access only to the family features and records explicitly shared by the account holder. Each adult uses their own login. The family owner must have authority to invite a person and share their information. A payment-account label is a bookkeeping reference, not a bank credential or permission to spend another person’s money. Obtain the account holder’s authorization outside Planmerry before making any purchase. We do not initiate payments or verify authority to use a card.
Third-party services and data loss
Cloud drives, email, maps, devices and network folders are supplied by independent providers. Their terms, availability and fees may apply. We are not responsible for their independent acts to the extent allowed by law. Keep separate backups and recovery keys and verify imports and saves. Encryption cannot guarantee absolute security, recover a lost key, undo an authorized disclosure or protect an unlocked compromised device. These statements do not waive our own non-waivable duties to protect personal information.
State consumer protections and severability
Mandatory federal and state consumer protections prevail over any conflicting provision. Some states restrict warranty disclaimers, damage exclusions or liability caps; those provisions apply only to the extent lawful for you. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or other non-excludable liability, limits protected privacy remedies, or restricts truthful reviews, complaints to regulators or rights under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. An unenforceable provision is limited or severed without removing the remaining lawful provisions.
Changes, access and disputes
Material changes apply prospectively and require notice; when renewed acceptance is needed it must be requested. Suspension for misuse does not remove mandatory refund or data rights. Contact Lure Multimedia LLC at support@planmerry.com to attempt resolution. Applicable mandatory law and lawful court rights remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Save or print this version for your records.
